Step 2 – Free Estimate: A licenced Leatham Landscape project manager will discuss your needs and desires with you on site to determine the scope of your project. Once we have a clear understanding, a free detailed proposal is submitted for your approval.
Step 3 – The Plan: Upon budget approval, Leatham Landscape will begin the design phase – submitting design ideas for your review. During this part of the process we will make recommendations for various elements depending on the type of project, such as plants, trees, types of stone pavers, deck materials, irrigation systems, outdoor kitchen appliances, exterior lighting fixtures, etc.
Step 4 – Construction: Once a final design has been determined and approved, your Leatham Landscape team goes to work bringing your dream landscape to life. A schedule of work is established, materials are acquired, and your project manager keeps you apprised of every aspect of construction.
